A few weeks ago, polymer and intermediate producer Invista issued a press release stating ā€œImproved enforcement of IP [Intellectual Property] laws in China encourages world-class technologiesā€, announcing that ā€œInvista confidently pursues licensing activities after resolving trade secret cases.ā€ The company indeed recently resolved arbitration against a Chinese producer for use of InvistaĀ“s PTA production technology.
